What’s Going On Behind Your Back? Do You Know What Your Clients Are Saying About You?

This morning I got an incredible gift. It was both unexpected and unsolicited, but very much appreciated!

Brian Kaskavalciyan, one of our TopLine Business Solutions consultants, sent me an email along with a video to update me on his progress since completing his training.

Brian works with all kinds of businesses, but recently started targeting the home improvement contractor market… you know, the guys who remodel kitchens and bathrooms, and close in patios and add rooms to a home. His direct quote says, “Things are going great with our business. We now have dozens of members and are growing very quickly!”

The interesting thing is, Brian got these members to pay him a monthly fee (quite substantial, I might add), for services he’s providing, all with no paid advertising or out of pocket cost. Now with a pretty hefty monthly income (this is in addition to his other consulting activities), he has the funds to go after his target market and really make an impact. And of course, the testimonials he’ll be getting from those members will help him “sell” his services that much easier.

You’ll notice that I put “sell” in quote marks. That’s because Brian doesn’t have to sell his services at all. He has a way to promote what he offers in a non-threatening, non-salesy way that makes it pretty much irrestible for any serious prospect to not take advantage of. So the monthly income he’s generating is practically 100 percent profit for him.

Brian recently moved from Huntington Beach, California, to Miami, Florida, so his family could be closer to his wife’s family. So he’s just starting out in a brand new location. That makes his success that much more incredible.

I’ll be doing a recorded teleconference with Brian soon, and that will become part of the training materials we’ll be including in our future consultant’s training workshops. Brian is someone to definitely watch and pay attention to, and in our interview I’ll be digging everything I can possibly get from him as to how he picked his target market, how he contacts them, what his offer and call to action is, and the services he’s delivering to them. I know from talking to him, that this will be one of the most information-packed calls we’ve had.

    That’s a fantastic testimonial from Brian… plus, it’s pretty cool how he records the video while he’s walking around his office.

    Also: There’s another great idea hidden here. That is, you’re creating new content (“Google food”) from your student’s success. Nice work. :-)

    Brian Kaskavalciyan is a star. He’s one of those guys who sees an idea, understands how it works, and then quickly implements it. And of course, he gets results.
